About the project

Berlin's third TraceSpace movement landscape was created on the grounds of the SportJugendClub Prenzlauer Berg in early 2015. The grounds of the youth club, which is increasingly committed to the integration of refugee children and offers a broad contact point for children and young people from the neighborhood and beyond, were largely redesigned. Already equipped with a climbing tower and soccer fields, TraceSpace was able to add another dimension of movement to the area with a 140sqm obstacle area.

We also planned this project individually according to the wishes of the operators and the community and adapted them visually to the architectural features of the immediate surroundings.

On 30.05.2015, in the context of the spring festival of the SJC, in the presence of the district mayor Dr. Mathias Köhne, ParkourONE could ceremoniously open the movement landscape with a live performance and Parkour presentation.
